This is a fully automated solar panel production line based on a turn-key solution. It is designed for manufacturing both Glass-Glass and Glass-Backsheet solar panels, ranging from 410W to 600W, with multiple bus bar solar cells.
Specifications
Supported solar cell types: Topcon, HJT, IBC, and PERC, with a maximum of 20 bus bars.
Production capacity: 100MW per year with 8-hour shifts, up to 200MW per year with 24-hour shifts.
Production speed: 96 solar panels per hour when producing 550W panels (144 cells, each 182mm, panel size 2279x1134x35mm).
Building requirements: Over 4000 sqm (including office space, excluding warehouse).
Staff needed: More than 12 people.
Power consumption: Maximum 300KW, average less than 100KW.
Water consumption: Not required.
Investment in machinery: Approximately 3 to 4 million USD.
Delivery time: Less than 90 working days.
Services provided: Layout design, on-site installation, training, trial production, after-sales service, and supply of raw materials.
