This is a complete manual for setting up a solar panel production line based on a turn-key solution. It is designed for manufacturing smaller solar panels or for laboratory use.

Specifications

This system is used for manufacturing smaller solar panels or for laboratory purposes, with a power range of 5W to 390W (using smaller cut cells down to 157mm or complete cells of 158.75mm). Due to the manual soldering process in a 1MW production line, handling multi-busbar solar cells can be challenging.

Production Capacity: 1MW per year (1 shift) to 3MW per year (3 shifts).

Production Speed: 3 solar panels per hour, based on a 335W panel (72 cells of 157x157mm, 1956x992mm).

Building Space: At least 150 sqm (including office space, excluding warehouse).

Staffing: More than 5 people.

Power Consumption: Maximum 20KW; average less than 5KW.

Water Consumption: None.

Machine Investment: Around USD 50,000 to 90,000.

Delivery Time: Less than 30 working days.
