This is a complete manual for setting up a solar panel production line based on a turn-key solution. It’s designed for manufacturing smaller solar panels or for laboratory use, producing panels ranging from 5W to 390W (using smaller cut cells or full cells of 157mm or 158.75mm). Since the 1MW production line uses manual soldering, it can be challenging to solder solar cells with multiple busbars manually.
